ANNIE HOWARD

Annie’s interest in quilting was piqued by the movie, “How to make an American Quilt”. She was inspired by their shared experiences, represented through their stories woven into one beautiful narrative and a shared piece of art, in the form of a quilt. She appreciates learning new quilting techniques and trying new designs, and loves sharing this passion with others, (specifically those that never imagined that they could make something something so beautiful and timeless). Annie and her husband Vern added the embroidery segment of the business to Sew Amazing, based on a desire provide professional customized apparel to small businesses and organizations. They now are proud to have partnerships with business and organizations large and small, providing the highest quality products and friendly service at fair and reasonable prices. Annie seeks to amaze every customer, with every product/service, every time.

BRENDA AMES

Brenda has been quilting for over 20 years. She was first introduced to quilting as a little girl where her job was to thread the needle and serve cake and coffee to her grandmother and her friends. She’s a student of the Art and has taken classes from local and International Instructors. Her quilts have been on displayed in numerous shows and are achieved with the Colorado Quilt Council. Brenda is committed to passing this art form along to the next generation. She loves to experiment with different colors and patterns. She works on some aspect of a quilt project most every day. Any students enrolling in Brenda’s class can rest assured that she will be there to support and guide you through each step of the process. She is patient and will help students no matter their level.
